Coaching for doctors and public health leaders
I’ve worked with just over 50 health leaders, specifically medical doctors in leadership roles, and public health specialists during the last year, from one-off interview coaching sessions to long-term clients whom I’ve worked with for five or more years.
It’s been a difficult year for many medical and public health leaders globally and in the UK with geo-political challenges, large scale organisational change and redundancies, and all the personal and professional difficulties these bring. Other clients have navigated complex partnership roles and limited resources. It’s been a pleasure as always to work alongside you over the past twelve months and to support you in your professional endeavours.
I’ve trained 16 health leaders in coaching and mentoring skills, and supported dozens of public health senior registrars on the cusp of transitioning to consultant practice.
