We will work together through a structured, evidence based ‘career counselling’ process, tailored to your specific circumstances. However complex your situation, I will provide guidance and support to help you to make the best decisions for yourself, and to formulate a rewarding future career plan, based on a detailed understanding of your unique needs in your personal and professional life and your options. You will be able to move forwards with a positive, re-focussed outlook, and a high level of personal and professional satisfaction, into a rewarding future life and career.
If you already know the direction you wish to take next, I can help you to feel confident in your plans, and to put them into action. I can also help you with the process of securing a new position, or setting up your own independent role.
