Team Coaching for Medical and Public Health Leadership Teams
Team coaching focuses on helping the team collectively achieve the team’s work in terms of both task work and team work through sustained professional dialogue that raises the individual and collective level of reflection and self-awareness, and challenges the team’s thinking and behaviours as they develop their own sustainable solutions and practices.
Team coaching is different from 1:1 coaching: in the Team Coach role, Fiona is committed to the success of the whole team in service of the health of the population and is not partial to any participants. In the team coaching space, we are all equal whatever our job title or experience.
Fiona abides by both the British Psychological Society and EMCC Global Codes of Ethics in her work. All discussions and communication are held in confidence within the limits of the law as outlined here. She draws on evidence-based methods of team coaching to underpin her work in a flexible, as needed-basis.
