Group-based learning including coaching, mentoring, training and development in a group or team environment for senior doctors and public health leaders is an opportunity to give and receive learning and support with other participants in order to enhance your learning experience.

Ground rules for will be explicitly agreed at the start of every course, workshop, team coaching and group supervision session, and will include as a minimum:

Violation of this Code of Ethics and Conduct

In the extremely unlikely event of someone violating this Code of Ethics and Conduct, Dr Fiona Day will take action to protect group members.

If you experience or witness any behaviour that doesn’t follow this Code of Ethics and Conduct, please contact Fiona directly.

All reports will be kept confidential, and she will let you know what she has done to address your concern(s).

If you do not agree, or something is missing then please let Fiona know as soon as possible.
