I hope you’ve had a pleasant and restful festive season
I hope that you’ve had a lovely break and been able to spend time with your loved ones. Whilst I know that many of you are raring to go, I also know that many others have continued to work and / or to plan for adverse conditions in the healthcare and are starting 2024 feeling depleted. Whether you’re full of beans or your tin is empty, here are five ways I can support you over the year ahead.
1.One:one in depth leadership, career and work-related wellbeing coaching
I love partnering in a coaching relationship with medical and public health leaders to support them with all aspects of their professional lives, including leadership coaching, career coaching , and retirement and later life career planning . 3. Commission me to deliver a course for you or to support your team
The majority of my time is spend working one:one with my clients, however I also deliver bespoke training programmes including:
- Transition to Public Health Consultant – commissioned by four Deaneries on a regular basis
- Shine at Interview – commissioned by NHS Trust for their clinical leaders and also by two Deaneries for their public health trainees
- Needs assessment and wellbeing intervention – for a large public health team in difficulty
- Leadership Development Courses – delivered online for whole leadership teams and staff groups
- Ad-hoc leadership development workshops
