I found that the value of this process was in challenging me to justify my self-perceptions and particularly my negative or self-limiting feelings about myself.

I have gained from my coaching experience a renewed confidence in what I do well, and the ability to give myself credit for things where previously I didn’t fully allow myself to do so.

My coaching experience has helped me define and affirm my values and principles and know what’s really important to me professionally which has brought a clearer plan of how I want to develop and grow in my career.
