I’m not pretending we have seen the end of Covid-19 by any means, but 18 months into the pandemic and with much of society reopening, many leaders are recognising the need to invest time to support and refocus their senior leadership teams.
After such a long drawn out and intense period of work, the context of many medical and public health leadership teams has radically changed and for many, ‘business as usual’ is not an appropriate metaphor. The pandemic has meant that lots of workstreams have been put on hold, are no longer relevant, and there are new and emerging priorities which need to be accommodated. Many leaders tell me their teams have lost focus, are pulling in different directions, are feeling fragmented and staff are feeling unsupported and dislocated in their role.
There are a few ways which I can help you to support, develop and refocus your team through my expert Team Coaching programmes. This can range from a one-day team away day to a series of workshops over a long period of time to support the team to get back on its feet again. I can also facilitate evidence-based Team 360’ assessments, which can help the team to give and receive feedback on how it is perceived by a range of key stakeholders, enabling insight in order to help the team to rediscover its purpose and move forward with energy and focus. I also offer team wellbeing assessments to ensure that this vital aspect of team development is considered. I can work with you and your team to ensure that the key elements of a high-performing team are in place, so that you can move into 2022 with meaning, purpose and to do the work that only your team can do.
