Other than a few public health experts, not many of us could have predicted the scale of change which 2020 would bring across the world in terms of the Covid-19 pandemic.
As we move into 2021, I interviewed two leading UK experts in their views about what 2021 will look like. These podcasts were recorded for the coaching professional body the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, who set standards and independently accredit coaches in UK, Europe and beyond.
The first is with Greg Fell, Director of Public Health in Sheffield.
The second is with Abigail Marks, Professor of the Future of Work at Newcastle University.
They are each about 20 minutes long. You can hear about Greg and Abigail’s own careers, and what they have learned during 2020, as well as how they see 2021 evolving – for us all, for the health of the population, and for the future of work. I hope they will help you to reflect on the last year as a medical leader or as a public health leader and help you to prepare for the year ahead.
I also hope you enjoy listening to them as much as I enjoyed recording them!
