I’m celebrating 3 years of my independent coaching practice : 17.3% average increase in wellbeing scores and over 100 satisfied clients
I can hardly believe it! This week marks the 3rd anniversary of my first independent coaching client while I was still employed 4 days a week, and the start of Fiona Day Consulting. Here is a snapshot of my Executive, Leadership and Career coaching practice for doctors and senior professionals over the last three years:
• 812 hours of 1:1 coaching in person or on Skype
• over 100 doctors and professionals completed a leadership or career coaching programme
• of whom 92% in the UK, others including New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Canada, South Africa, and Europe
• 33 current clients, of whom: 10 GP Partners, or GP Partners in leadership roles outside the practice; 13 NHS Consultants, of whom over half are also in Medical/ Clinical Director roles; 3 salaried GPs; 3 from non medical backgrounds; and 4 doctors in other roles
• average increase of 17.3% in their validated wellbeing scores by the end of their 4-6 session programme
• 100% say the sessions had met their needs
• 0% feel I could have done something differently
• 9.6/10 average of how much effort I had made to help each client to identify the right goals for them at the start of the programme
• 100% would recommend working with me to Peers and Colleagues
